If you have recently started your PhD at one of our associated research groups, joining our vibrant community is a straightforward process, outlined below:
Registration periods
IMPRS-QST offers specific registration periods each semester to accommodate prospective members. These periods are as follows:
Summer Semester: April 15th - May 15th
Winter Semester: October 15th – November 15th
For PhD students, there are two full registration periods available after the commencement of their PhD program. This allows ample time for new students to familiarize themselves with the program before registering.
Registration requirements
Before beginning the registration process, students are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the IMPRS-QST guidelines available on our website.
To complete your registration, you will need to fill out two essential documents downloadable below:
- the IMPRS-QST registration form and
- the IMPRS-QST supervision agreement
Simply click on the links below to access the documents. Once you have completed the registration form and supervision agreement, please submit them via email to the IMPRS coordination within the specified registration period to finalize your enrollment with IMPRS-QST.
